What is your return policy?

You may return products purchased from ASE Lights under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, new condition.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

What Countries do you ship to?

Currently we’re only able to ship within Canada. If you’re
looking to order from outside Canada please contact us.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Calgary, Alberta.

Can I make my own patterns?

Yes, you can! The lights are individually addressable allowing you to choose which lights you want on and what color.

Can I set timers?

Yes, you can set multiple timers. We also have a sunset and sunrise timer function.

What is your warranty policy?

All our lights come with a 2 year warranty.

Are the lights replaceable?

All of our lights come in strings of 5 or less making replacement easy should one fail. Each light is rated for 50,000 hours.

Are the lights dimable?

Yes!
